Drivers/Labourers

Reitzel Insulation is looking for full-time Drivers/Labourers to join our team. This position is full-time, NOT seasonal and no insulation experience necessary.

The ideal candidate will have:

• DZ with a clean driving record, willing to take on new drivers
• Willingness to Learn
• A Positive and Professional Attitude
• Good Punctuality, attention to detail and organizational skills
• The ability to work alone or in a team with little to no supervision
• Self-motivated
• Comfortable working on scaffolding and ladders
• Strong verbal communication
• Ability to perform repetitive movements
• Strong decision-making skills
• Able to endure both hot and cold weather

Upon hire, you will be expected to do:

• Care/Control of Company vehicle
• Moderate lifting
• Prep and cleanup of a job site
• Tasks that assist the foreman in installing and cleaning up insulation
