They sent pictures of their work, left documentation/certificate of the work at the attic entrance and are very thorough and tidy with tarps and runners placed where needed. Highly recommend!!"

"As others have stated, Reitzel Insulation is very professional from start to finish. We've had them in a couple of times over the past 10 years to foam our walls, then our attic. They were upfront with the mess/dust (not as bad as I expected - the floor had to be cut out and other dirty work done before they could foam), time requirements, etc., and never minded answering our questions and addressing our concerns. Aaron and John did the foaming of the attic, and they were always pleasant and had no problems answering questions or concerns during the process. There was a payment oopsies (our fault, I thought hubs paid, he thought I paid, and no one paid 😬), and Bryan was understanding and so pleasant to talk with when I called in over a week past the due date. 10/10, if we ever need to insulate anything, my first and last call would be to Reitzel."

"We were recommended Reitzel by friends for our spray foam work. Met with a rep to get a quote for our basement, crawlspace, and garage ceiling. We have an old house with very bad insulation and decided to do spray foam in the basement and crawlspace to deal with the cold and also lack of proper vapour barrier. Got a detailed quote with guarantees on the type of foam being used. We had a permit open so wanted to make sure the foam used was one of the coloured certified foams that would comply with our permit inspection. We also ended up getting a fire proof coating on the foam in the crawl space because we would not be drywalling and building codes required fire proof coating. The sales reps were able to accomodate all our requests but did double check that I understood that the coating would be expensive (I guess not many people get it?). The reps also made sure to explain that we needed to vacate the house and about the safety precautions that we needed to take while the foam cured. They were very professional and made every effort to ensure we understood what needed to happen on installation day. The day of the install, the team was very professional and walked through the space to ensure they understood any specific instructions. We vacated the house for 24 hours as instructed and came back to a very well insulated basement and no smell. Our permit inspector was pleased with the quality of the install, the use of a certified foam (ours was pink), and the extra fire proof coating. Our permit was closed with no questions asked. The basement has been super warm and we have had no issues with the installation over the past 6 months. Will definitely be coming back for further work as we upgrade the rest of our home."
